Honor killing?

Remember the guy who had to marry a goat? Well, apparently he is now free (and here) to marry another one (although being a Muslim he was entitled to three more wives during poor Rose's lifetime).
Despite reports that the late Mrs. Tombe (even the name sounds sinister) choked on a plastic bag, I am tempted to believe that this was an honor killing - the poor soul is reported to have been scavenging for food in the streets of Juba. Was she chaperoned by a male relative? Was she wearing her burqa or jihab or whatever a devout Muslim wife should wear? How do we know she wasn't actually having a date with another man? Or even worse, one of her own kind?

Seriously now, there is no limit to man's cruelty to animals!
